Cancellation & Refund Policy

Adimyra System Pvt Ltd values customer satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation

Customers can cancel their subscription or order before processing begins. Once services or products have been delivered, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• If you cancel within 7 days of purchase (before service activation).
• If the service provided is materially defective and cannot be resolved.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
